Yes. At Pacific Coast Outlet we take your privacy seriously. For more info please read our Privacy Policy. We use high-level SSL (Secure Sockets Laye) encryption technology which is the most advanced security measure currently available for online transactions. Pacific Coast Outlet does not store your personal credit card information on our servers.

Pacific Coast Outlet does not ship any of your orders. Our partners ship the products fast and free from their warehouses directly to you. If you have any questions or concerns, we can be reached 7 days a week between 8am – 10pm call us 1 (844) 600 5522

Please allow two full weeks for the order to arrive after it has been processed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically in the early morning or afternoon. Our retail partners have different cut off times so shipping will vary.

Unfortunately we cannot refund you on shipping costs.

When you enter your card details to pay for your order, your bank automatically deducts the money from your available balance. However it is not actually taken from your account until the order is sent. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us at 1 (844) 600 5522

After you have made your purchase, online you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may not have a tracking number.

Most of the products are coming directly from China through a service called e-packet. E-packet does not need a signature

Changes or cancellations to your order for delivery can be made by contacting Customer Service at 1 (844) 600 5522. We want you to get your items as quickly as possible so if your order has already been mailed, we will not be able to make any changes.

Unfortunately no, we cannot offer gift wrapping services at this time.

Order Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation of receipt email shortly after you successfully placed an order online. Shipping Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Pacific Coast Outlet ships from multiple warehouses which can result in split shipments; therefore, you may receive more than one email. If you order contained more than one item keep an eye on your email inbox for additional updates. Order Cancellation Email: You will receive a cancellation email if your order is fully or partially canceled. Return Email: You will receive a confirmation that we have received your returned order. We will inspect the products you returned and refund you if they meet the requirements of our Return Policy. Returns generally take 2-4 weeks to process.

Pacific Coast Outlet is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you're not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping costs. Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
