Need to get a return your item & get a refund?

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once submitted, our returns department will review your request for an RMA and determine if you meet the requirements of our Returns Policy. If a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, you will receive an email confirming that you can return your items


For Custom Printed Item:
Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days.

If there is a defect and the customer does not want a replacement a refund will be provided. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customers needs a smaller or larger size.

For All Other Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We take responsibility when:

If your package is lost in transit
If your item is received in unusable condition
If you receive the wrong item received (size/style/color)

The customer (You) are responsible when:

You enter the wrong address (repay for shipping)
You order the wrong item
You order the wrong (size/style/color)
You change your mind
You break the item after using it


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cross Shipping We do not ship replacement products until the RMA has been completed (cross-ship). If you need a replacement product before the RMA is completed, you may place a new order, independent of the returns process. Please remember, placing a new order does not guarantee an RMA approval or refund.

International Customers

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

Pacific Coast Outlet is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Pacific Coast Outlet will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

The customer refuses to accept the package No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. Pacific Coast Outlet reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
