We strive for 100% customer satisfaction here at Pacific Coast Outlet, so if you are not completely satisfied with your order or you have simply changed you mind and no longer want your item, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.

Customer pays return shipping cost back to our returns department in Las Vegas NV.
For single item orders, we'll refund your order in full excluding your original shipping cost. 
For multiple item orders where you are not returning the entire order, we'll refund you the price of the items returned.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition that you received it in.
After we have received your returned item(s), we will make every effort to inspect your return and process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed.

Orders with Damage, Defective or Incorrect Item(s)
